Worldwide shipping
1.Processing time:
After the order is successfully placed, we will need 1-6 business days to process your order.
1)When your payment is successful, we will send you a package confirmation message by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours (except weekends), please check carefully and reply.
2) After you confirm the information, we will send you QC pictures(quality control pictures) within 1-5 days (if the shoes are not in stock, this time is usually 3-6 days.
3) When you confirm the QC pictures, we usually ship to you the next day.
2.Shipping time:
Shipping: about 8-21 business days (If there is a flight delay or the weather will extend for some time, the specific situation depends on the flight， please wait patiently)
3.Tracking:
The tracking number will be updated within 2-3 days after shipment, you can get the tracking number through the QC link we sent and you can track it online by visiting the website of the relevant courier company. If no status is currently displayed, please wait a few more days to load any new information.
4.Delivered:
Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time
